At Daily Sathi, we aim to provide smooth, reliable services for both customers and service partners. This policy clearly explains how cancellations, reschedules, and refunds work — ensuring fairness while protecting our partners’ time.
1. Cancellation by Customers
A. Instant / On-Demand Bookings
- Can be cancelled within 10 minutes of booking for a full refund (if payment was made online).
B. Scheduled Services
- Free Cancellation – Cancel 4+ hours before service → 100% refund.
- Partial Refund (75%) – Cancel 2–4 hours before service → 75% refund.
- No Refund – Cancel within 2 hours of service → No refund.
⚠ Why? Our service providers reserve this time just for you. In the final hours, they may already be travelling or have declined other work to serve you.
2. Rescheduling by Customers
- Free Reschedule – Change your booking 4+ hours before service (limit: 1 free change).
- Rescheduling Fee (₹49) – Change your booking 2–4 hours before service.
- No Reschedule – Within 2 hours of service, rescheduling is not allowed. If you cannot proceed, the booking must be cancelled (and the No Refund rule applies).
3. Cancellation by Service Providers
If a provider cancels:
- We will try to arrange a replacement provider at the same rate.
- If no replacement is available, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For UPI payments, refunds usually appear within 2–3 working days.
- Cash payments cannot be refunded online — any dispute will be resolved directly with the provider.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The service was completed as described, but the customer is dissatisfied.
- Incorrect address or contact details were provided, preventing service delivery.
- The customer was unavailable at the scheduled time.
