2. Services Provided
- DailySathi is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers (cooks, cleaners, electricians, labours, dry cleaners, etc.).
- We do not directly employ these providers — they operate as independent contractors.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking a service.
- Ensure safe and respectful behavior towards service providers.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Do not misuse or attempt to hack the platform.
4. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Provide honest and accurate service details.
- Maintain professionalism and quality standards.
- Fulfill bookings accepted through the platform.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Pricing & Payment
- Prices displayed are either fixed or based on the provider’s rates.
- Payment can be made through UPI, cards, net banking, or cash (if available).
- DailySathi may charge a service fee or commission on bookings.
- Additional Charges: For certain services (e.g., electrician, plumber, technician), if extra parts or materials are required to complete the job, the customer is responsible for the cost of these parts. Any associated travel or petrol expenses incurred by the provider to procure these parts may also be charged to the customer. These charges are separate from the service fee.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Users can cancel a booking within the allowed time frame.
- Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- Service providers may also cancel in case of emergencies; we will assist in finding a replacement.
7. Liability Disclaimer
DailySathi acts only as a connecting platform. We are not responsible for:
- Losses, damages, or delays caused by service providers.
- Any personal disputes between users and providers.
- However, we will assist in resolving issues wherever possible.
8. Verification & Safety
- We conduct basic verification of service providers (ID proof, contact details, etc.).
- However, users are encouraged to take reasonable precautions when engaging with providers.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
