At DailySathi, we connect you with skilled professionals who deliver services directly to your specified location (e.g., home or office). As we do not ship physical products, this policy outlines our process for “service delivery.”
1. Service Area
Our services are currently available in Karnal. When you enter your location on our platform, we confirm if service providers are available in your area. We reserve the right to decline a booking if it falls outside our operational zones.
2. Booking Confirmation & Scheduling
- Once you book a service, you will receive a confirmation via email, or whatsapp message, which includes the scheduled date and time.
- This confirmation means a professional has been assigned to your request.
3. Service Delivery Timeframe
Our service provider will arrive at your location at the scheduled time. Please allow for a grace period of +/- 30 minutes to account for traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Provider Delays
If a service provider anticipates a significant delay, they or our support team will contact you to inform you of the new estimated time of arrival. If the revised time is not convenient, you may have the option to reschedule at no additional cost, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Customer Availability
You or a representative (aged 18 or older) must be present at the location at the scheduled time to grant the service provider access. If the provider arrives and cannot gain entry or contact you, the booking may be considered a cancellation by the customer, and our cancellation policy will apply.
